Mattancherry Palace

Mattancherry Palace popularly known as the Dutch palace is located at Mattancherry in Kochi, Kerala. This palace was originally built-up by Portuguese as a gift to the Raja of Kochi in 1555. The palace depicts the rich architecture of the Portuguese, the Dutch and the Raja’s of Kochi including the paintings of the Raja’s and marvelous murals of the Hindu temples.
