The Cliff at Cap Restaurant

The Cliff at Cap offers unobstructed views towards Martinique to the north and Pigeon Island to the West, and surrounded by the magnificent Caribbean sea, with unforgettable sunsets. An extensive selection of wines, and a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influence, makes dining at this extraordinary restaurant a real pleasure for any epicurean traveler. Chef Jones’ cuisine is intensely focused, as illustrated by his ‘Studies” in a particular ingredient, often featured on his menus and in doing so he creates innovative, contemporary food.  The “ Cliff” dinner menu is available every night, except Saturdays, when we present our “Tapas” Menu which has a wine pairing option and Tuesdays, when we create an Island atmosphere with a Creole inspired feast.

The Naked Fisherman

Nestled on our natural secluded cove is The Naked Fisherman Beach Bar & GrillSmuggler’s Cove beach, is where ‘Cap’ guests love to relax during the day. It provides a “toes in the the sand” moment, whilst listening to the sweet lapping of the waves, or watching stunning sunsets. The “Naked Fisherman” is located right on the beach under a thatched Caribbean style roof, with a state of the art B-B-Q grill. The atmosphere is less formal than the Cliff, but the food is taken just as seriously. The business of cooking fresh juicy steaks, ribs and fresh locally caught Snapper, Grouper and Dorado deserves the best attention of our kitchen brigade. Look out for the many ‘specials’ TNF presents - Creole Seafood ‘Boils’, Lobster Lunches, Sunday Vybe with music and surprise shooters, BBQ Taster night and most recently “The Food Truck”!

Cellar Maison

At Cellar Maison we are proud of our award winning wine program, so important to our love of good food.The enviable collection at Cap includes: rare champagnes, grand cru Bordeaux, fine Burgundies, orange wines, organic and biodynamic wines made naturally and a collection of fun unpretentious grape varietals from our new world selection. Before lunch or dinner, ask our sommelier to take you  to the wine cellar and show you around our collection of 2,000 bottles as he helps you pick your selection.Tastings throughout each week will tempt your palate with flights of unique wines, paired with a delectable assortment of amuse-bouche and interactive discussions guided by our sommelier. The team can also zip-down your favorite bottle from our Champagne Zip line to  our private dining venue Rock Maison or we can revive the old tradition dating back from the Napoleonic wars by Sabering your bottle of fine fizz in a fun ceremony where we open champagne using the blade of a knife.

Cliff Bar

The Cliff bar carries a full range of premium brands and the staff are expert at the art of cocktails as you would expect from a luxury Caribbean resort. Pride of place in our drinks section must go to our wine cellar, which carries a surprising collection of superb wines from both old and new worlds. Regular tastings are featured and guest sommeliers visit the resort from time to time throughout the year.

Theo’s Bar

Theo’s bar (named after the family patriarch Theo). Theo’s is found in the main house and is a place to relax, read a book or watch TV and you are not bothered by staff! You simply help yourself to drinks on an “honesty” basis, noting your drinks on the pad provided!

Private Dining

Private Dining,  is where we excel and there are some very creative options to consider. Whether you plan a romantic hideaway dinner for two, or a family celebration or a party…we can deliver something very special. We have some beautiful locations to choose for Romantic Dinners for two. It might be the setting for a proposal or just a shared candlelit moment. Either way the exquisite food and wine will make it special, along with the fairytale location. High on our “favorites list” is “Rock Maison” where you can dine al fresco with the sound of the waves around you and the gentle Caribbean breeze to cool you. A Champagne zip line is your connection to the outside world!Rock Maison is actually a good spot for a small gathering for family, friends or perhaps entertaining business clients.Cap Maison boasts a number of very different locations that would suit receptions and parties and notably of course wedding breakfasts and receptions. Spa Maison

Situated in the Main House at Cap Maison, Spa Maison offers an opportunity to indulge yourself and to be pampered and experience some of the highest quality treatments in St. Lucia.Spa Maison have chosen their therapists not just for their experience and training but for that bit extra – magic and healing in their hands, leaving you with a feeling of total relaxation and self-indulgence!Treatments can be taken if you wish in your suite or room, on your terrace, on Rock Maison or under a gazebo in the garden - the choice is yours.Spa Maison also offers treatments for men, see the menu! From time to time we can offer other treatments from visiting therapists such as reflexology and shiatsu. On the terrace outside your treatment suite you may relax afterwards, and watch the birds and trees, whilst sipping a tisane or cold drink.

Gym

If you wish to maintain your fitness regime or simply enjoy a holiday workout, our well-equipped gym (Cybex) offers a cross-trainer, free weights, exercise bike, two treadmills, resistance machines. Golf

The St Lucia Golf and Country Club is literally a few minutes from the gates of Cap Maison.  It offers perhaps the most challenging 18 holes of golf in the Caribbean. While this undulating par-71 only plays 6,685 yards off the Blues, the course attracts a USGA rating of 74.3, taking well into account the strong winds, numerous water hazards, fast greens and 16 out-of-bounds which we hope you will not encounter during your round. The club provides a full driving range, golf carts and Callaway rental clubs/shoes. You can also enjoy the amenities of the drinks cart, well-stocked bar, pro shop and full service restaurant. Nature lovers will also be inspired by the natural splendor of the course and the wildlife that lives on it.

Cap Maison I (our private yacht)

Cap Maison has its own handsome 46 foot Sea Ray luxury motor launch, which is available privately and exclusively for Cap Maison guests. The expansive foredeck is wonderful for island viewing and sunbathing. The generous aft deck pulls out to make a double couch, with 2 cabins inside and a fully equipped galley and salon, all air conditioned, with cherry wood mouldings and soft decor.The ultimate in comfort, guests can take a day cruise down the west coast of the island and see the legendary Pitons. If you have not seen Saint Lucia from the sea you have missed one of the most beautiful sights in the world. You can either visit one of the local restaurants en route, or have our chef prepare an 'on board' spread for you and your guests.Cap Maison 1 is also available for spectacular tailor made overnight cruises to the Pitons and four day trips to the world famous Grenadine islands with their picture book sandy islands and turquoise waters. There is no better way to see the Caribbean and add some sea borne adventure to your stay. Sunset cruises may also be arranged.Cap Maison 1 adds a completely different dimension to your stay.
