Redeem your voucher at the ticket office of any of the attractions and receive a Boston CityPASS ticket book. If presenting your voucher at the Skywalk Observatory, please call ahead for an advanced reservation. Ticket Book is valid for 9 days from first use. The Operations team will send the electronic voucher 30-60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are not refundable. Please only use the electronic voucher. Any other voucher is invalid.
